Atomstroyexport and GNS Signed Cooperation Agreement

GNS and Atomstroyexport (ASE), a Russian constructor of nuclear power plants, signed an agreement concerning the cooperation in spent nuclear fuel management.

The focus is particularly the storage of spent fuel from nuclear power reactors of the type VVER 1000.
 

Atomstroyexport belongs to the Russian nuclear holding company Rosatom and employs approximately 1200 employees. The company is a world leader in the construction of nuclear power plants.
